Oven baked with homemade mayonnaise and ample cheese to layer.

Firecracker Pork Ribs
Marinated with spice for 6 hours, the pork ribs are grilled with special Chef’s sauce, served in an upright position like the Chinese Firecracker on a stick, with the taste of cider vinegar and sweet honey.
